сокр. ICB межд. эк. международные конкурсные торги (один из методов организации закупок товаров и услуг при реализации проектов, финансируемых при поддержке Всемирного банка; при использовании данного метода необходимо, чтобы: информация о предстоящих закупках была распространена на международном (была размещена в издании ООН "Development Business") и национальном уровне (была размещена как минимум в одном из основных национальных изданий); заявки участников торгов были выражены в национальной валюте или твердой валюте, указанной заемщиком; платежи должны осуществляться в указанной в заявке валюте без требования о погашении части суммы встречными поставками; должно производиться открытое рассмотрение заявок, а контракт заключаться с участником, предложившим наименьшую стоимость реализации заказа)
